First Gourmet Coffee
The first of my coffee offerings is a small selection: a acidic and fruity light roast coffee, and a mild, chocolatey medium roast.
This coffee comes from the “Coffee Geeks” at Stone Creek Coffee in Milwaukee, roasted and labelled for RedEyeRoyce.com. Stone Creek has a vision for high quality coffee, continuous learning, and selling coffee “Farm to Cup.” You can tap into their knowledge with online training videos and graphics to help you brew a better cup of coffee at home.
Gourmet Coffee with a Purpose
This first coffee offering came about from my desire to use my passion for excellent coffee to the benefit of the church I attend, Clifton Baptist Church.
We have been blessed at Clifton to have grown to the point that our facilities are barely able to handle the volume of people it is serving. We need more seats, easier navigation, and a more welcoming facade to continue serving in the Clifton neighborhood our church was founded in 125 years ago. To achieve these goals we are going to be undertaking a building renovation/enhancement plan – you can see the details of the Building Beyond 125 initiative here.
100% of the profit from the Building Beyond 125 coffee series will go to this building initiative.
You can also donate to Clifton online if you would like to donate to that initiative directly.
Purchasing Gourmet Coffee
I am working to set up online payment options through my website and hope to have this taken care of in the next few weeks (this is a hobby for me after all). For now, please email me at RoyceEHall@Gmail.com for orders.
I can drop off/arrange for the pick-up of local orders or ship if you prefer or are out of the area, just let me know.
If you are looking to pick up some coffee gear to brew you gourmet coffee, take a look at My Coffee Gear for inspiration. Also check out interviews I have done with coffee growers, roasters, and vendors in my blog on the homepage.
