The Burundian coffee comes from farmers of the Long Miles Coffee Project in Burundi and is roasted to highlight notes of stone fruit and citrus, which add juiciness to this blend. The Nicaraguan beans come from La Trampa in Jinotega, Nicaragua, and helps round out the composition with sweetness. This medium roast showcases sweet cocoa notes, which pair perfectly with the light roasted Burundian component to create a fruity, chocolatey treat.
